What is LIC’s Bima Sakhi Scheme?
The Bima Sakhi Scheme is a program where women can work as Micro-Insurance Consultants (MCA) for LIC and receive a stipend for three years. It is not a salaried position but provides financial support through stipends and commissions. The scheme allows women to contribute to LIC’s micro-insurance efforts while earning an income.
To join the MCA scheme, candidates must meet certain age, education, and professional requirements. The program is open to women with basic qualifications, allowing them to achieve financial independence while working as MCAs.

3. Third Year: A monthly stipend of ₹5,000 is offered. At least 65% of the policies completed in the second year must remain active by the end of each month in the third year.
