Understanding the Special Marriage Act
The Special Marriage Act allows individuals from diverse backgrounds to solemnize their marriage. Here are the essential conditions for registration:1) Age Requirement: The bridegroom must be at least 21 years old, and the bride should be 18 years old.
To register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act, follow these steps:

7) Upload the required documents as specified in the "Upload Files" section.
8) Before proceeding, verify the details and confirm & submit.
9) An OTP will be sent to the mobile numbers of the bride/bridegroom. Enter the OTP to continue verification.
10) Proceed to pay the application fees. Once paid, you'll receive an acknowledgment receipt. Print or save it for further reference.
