Kudalasangama Temple in Bagalkot District of Karnataka State: Kudalasangama, also spelled Kudala Sangama, is a significant pilgrimage site for Lingayats in India. It's located around 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) from the Almatti Dam in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka state. Here, the Krishna and Malaprabha Rivers come together and flow east toward Srisaila, another pilgrimage site in Andhra Pradesh. At Kudalasangama, you'll find the Aikya Mantapa, which houses the sacred Samādhi of Basavanna, the founder of the Lingayat sect, and a Linga believed to be self-born (Swayambhu). The Kudala Sangama Development Board is responsible for its upkeep and enhancement.

The government has established the Kudala Sangama Development Board to enhance this historical site and allocated nearly Rs. 45.00 crores for its development. It's among the most sought-after pilgrimage centers in the region. Kudalasangama is situated 15 kilometers from Almatti (Dam Site) and 45 kilometers from Bagalkot.
