Kolanupaka Temple in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana State: Kolanupaka Temple is a Jain place of worship in the village of Kolanupaka in the Telangana district of Yadadri. Lord Rishabha, Lord Neminath, and Lord Mahaveer each have their own idol in the temple. On the Hyderabad-Warangal Highway, the temple is about 77 km from Hyderabad. People say that the Kolanupaka Temple is more than 2,000 years old. In its current shape, it has been around for more than 800 years. Jainism was considered popular in Telangana before the 4th century, and Kolanupaka was one of the most important places where Jainism was practised from the beginning. Lord Rishabha, also known as Adinath Bhagavan, was the first Jain Tirthankar. People think the original statue of Lord Adinath, Manikya Deva, lives in Kolanupaka.

On both sides of the main temple are eight statues of the other Tirthankars. The figure of Lord Mahaveer is 130 centimetres (51 inches) tall and is said to be made of a single piece of jade. On either side of the main temple, Lord Simandar Swami and Mata Padmavati are represented by statues. South Indian Svetambara Jains go to Kulpakji as an important place of worship.

Also very well-known is the Someshwara Temple, built by the Chalukyas about 800 years ago. Kolanu means "lake," and "Paka" means "hut." It used to have a lot of lakes and huts, which is how it got its name.

By Road:

To get to Kolanupaka, you must get off the train at Aleru town, 75 km from Hyderabad and Warangal and drive for 6 km. Kolanupaka Bus Station is 0.5 km from the Jain temple. 

By Air:

The airport closest to you is RGAI Hyderabad, from which you can travel by road or train. 

By Train:

There are bus stops close to the nearest Railway station.
