Dr Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Benefit Scheme 2024 for Pregnant Women: The Tamil Nadu State government announced a new welfare scheme for the State's pregnant women. This scheme is launched under the name Tamil Nadu Pregnancy Scheme 2024. As the name suggests, under this scheme State government will provide nutrition kits for maternity. The Amma Maternity Nutrition Kit distribution is conducted under Dr Muthulakshmi Reddy's Maternity Benefit Scheme for pregnant women. Under this scheme, the State government will provide pregnant women a Maternity Nutrition Kit worth Rs 4,000/-. Along with the kit, the State government will also provide the financial amount of Rs 14,000/- to pregnant women under this scheme.
