Uma Maheswaram Temple in Nagarkurnool District of Telangana State  - How to Reach & Timings: The Uma Maheshwara Swamy temple is near the village of Mannanur in the Amrabad Mandal. It is in the beautiful Nallamala forest range. The temple is from the time of Maurya Chandragupta, who was king in the second century. In the temple, there is a red Shivalinga on one side and white on the other. The god who lives in this temple is thought to have been found in a cave. The constant water flow from the hills around this beautiful temple makes it look like Goddess Ganga is giving her purity to this place. Near the temple, there is a big tank. It is the entrance to Srisailam, one of the Jyotirlingas, from the north. It's on top of the hill, where big trees cover it.

About 200 m separates Papanasanam from the sanctum sanctorum, where water comes out from under the big rocks all year.
