If you are a resident of Tamil Nadu State, you can sign up for the Online Portal. This user will have no trouble getting to any service offered through this portal.
Registration Procedure for tnreginet.gov.in

4) Type in your Username, password, and personal information.
5) Type the captcha into the space provided.
6) Use an OTP to confirm your phone number.

2) The Know your jurisdiction section is in the middle of the home page.
3) Type the Street name or name of the village.
4) Click on the "to submit" button.
Steps to Apply for TN Encumbrance Certificate
1) First, visit the official site of Tnreginet. https://tnreginet.gov.in/
2) If you sign up for the portal, you can log in immediately. If you haven't already, sign up for an account.
Go to the choice for "Encumbrance certificate." Click the Apply button.
3) Fill out the form with your personal information. Add the necessary documents. Click the button that says "Send."
4) If you need to, you can print out the certificate.
Steps to Check TN Encumbrance Certificate
2) Go to "E-services" and choose "Encumbrance Certificate" from the list.
3) Click on the option to view the encumbrance certificate.
4) You need to choose EC on the next page.
5) Type in your district, Sub-registration office, EC start date, Village, and Survey Number.
6) Type the correct captcha code into the box that is given.
7) Click the button that says "Search."
Steps to Search Birth and Death of the Person in Tamil Nadu
2) Click "More" on the menu bar.
3) Open the drop-down menu by going to the "search" option.
4) From the list, choose "Birth and Death."
5) Choose Birth or Spouse as the type of search.
6) Type in the certificate number, the child's name, gender, date of birth, father's name, mother's name, and the code that looks like a question mark.
7) Click the button that says "Search."
