application online, log on to the Meeseva online portal.
2) There, you can see the option CDMA tab. Click on that to redirect to the "CDMA Services."
3) You will find the "BIRTH/DEATH CERTIFICATE - CDMA." Just click on it.
4) There, you can find the birth certificate
registration form. The applicant's details must be entered here. After verifying
the details, submit the application and pay the fee. The registration status can also be checked

How to apply for a Birth Certificate Offline in Andhra Pradesh
To apply for a birth certificate offline, go to the Meeseva center and take the birth
certificate application form. It can also be downloaded from the website (https://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/Application%20Forms%20New/CDMA-pdf/Birth%20Certificate-CDMA.pdf)
Fill it out, attach the required documents, and pay the prescribed fee. Officials will verify the details entered in the application. If the details match the related hospital records, the certificate is issued.
Register the child's birth within 21 days of the date of birth. After 21 days, obtain permission from the registrar of births and deaths. After
one year, obtain permission from the revenue divisional officer or first-class executive magistrate.
