GST New Registration Online - Apply for GST Registration: Goods and Services Tax (GST) has joined the Indian economy. While experts have yet to ascertain the impact of GST, its effect can be seen only after some time. However, some GST attachments related to business will be implemented immediately. One is the tax identification number, or GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number.
Originally, GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) is the 15-digit number that replaces the Tax Identification Number (TIN) allocated when registering business entities under the state's Value Added Tax Law. These businesses also had to take several other identification numbers from different places. However, after the implementation of GST, all these numbers will be replaced by GSTIN.
Under GST, all these separate identification numbers required to meet indirect tax objectives will be placed under GSTIN. All taxpayers have been consolidated into a single platform for compliance and administration, and all taxpayers have been assigned registration under a single authority. The government has set up GSTN to provide the NECESSARY IT Infrastructure for the Digitization of GST.
How to Make Filing for GSTIN:-
Filing for GSTIN can be done through a two-step, straightforward process. GST practitioners and taxpayers can file for GSTIN by uploading the correct documents and logging into the official portal gst.gov.in of GST. GST registration is mandatory for various benefits available under GST as it is a gateway.
