Since this scheme is sponsored by the central government of India, the farmer should be an Indian citizen. All farmers irrespective of the size of the land they hold or own are eligible for this scheme. Eligible farmers will be identified by the related state governments or union territory administration following the guidelines of the scheme. Beneficiaries can get the amount directly transferred to their bank accounts. Farmers who paid income in the last assessment year are not eligible. Persons registered with professional bodies cannot avail of this financial assistance. 1) Visit the Official Website (https://pmkisan.gov.in/) (Below is a screenshot)

2) Scroll down in the right section you will find the "New Farmer registration" tab click on it. (Below as a Screenshot)
3) After clicking on "New Farmer Registration" it will redirect to the New Farmer Registration Form page. You need to fill all required fields like "Aadhaar Number", "Mobile Number" , "select State", "Image text" and click on the Send OTP button. (Below is a screenshot)
4) Enter the OTP which you got on your mobile number. Click on the submit button. It will redirect to the application page. you need to fill the all required * fields. (Below is a screenshot)
Select your state, District, Sub Districts, Block and village. scroll down there you can see the farmer Personal details. Fill in the correct details in the * required fields. (Below is a screenshot)
Enter all the details like Farmer Name, Gender, Category, Farmer Type, Type of identity proof, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account Number, Aadhaar Card , Pin Code, Father/Mother/Husband Name, Land Registration No, Ration Card No, Date of Birth, Add your survey/Khata No, Dag/Khasra No and Area. scroll down there you can see the Upload Supporting Documents Section. Upload Land, Bank, Aadhaar softcopy Documents in PDF Format. (Below is a screenshot)
After uploading the required documents. Mark on it and click on the "Save" button. Then it will show a success message.
Note: It is important to give the correct details of the bank account and Aadhaar card. Without the Aadhar card, the amount will not be released. Bank account details are also mandatory, without which it is not possible to credit the bank account with the amount.
