YSR Jagananna Vidya Deevena Eligible List 2024 - Check Status: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister launches their new scheme, Jagananna Vidya Deevena, for students. This scheme was initially inaugurated on the 27th of November 2019. This is basically a scheme known as fee reimbursement for the students doing professional courses like ITI, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, MBA, B.ED, and MCA courses. In this scheme state government will give up benefits of rupees 15000 to 20000 for all the eligible candidates. For this scheme state government released a 4962 crore rupees budget for the 2019-20 financial session. Recently Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy announced two important schemes. One is Jagananna Vidya Deevena, and the second is Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Scheme. Today we will only discuss the vidya Deevena. The Andhra Pradesh government approved the scheme on the 27th of November 2019. However, the government told in their official notification that this scheme will be implemented in January 2020. All the Jagananna Vidya Deevena eligible students check their names in the month of January. Students who are pursuing various technical and professional courses like Polytechnic, any type of degree, engineering, and other undergraduate and postgraduate courses are covered under the scheme.

Recently, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme under the Andhra Pradesh Education Department. AP Govt. approved the scheme on 27 November 2019. Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme will be implemented from January 2020. Students who pursuing a Polytechnic Degree, Engineering, and other UG / PG courses can get benefits from this scheme. Students from SC / ST / BC / EBC and Minorities will get the Scholarship benefits through the YSR Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme 2019. Under the scheme, students of ITI will get Rs. 10000, Students of Polytechnic will get Rs 15000, and Students of Degree will get Rs. 20000 according to this scheme. Eligible students who belong to the schedule cast schedule tribe for backward classes, other backward classes (SC, ST, BC, and EBC), and the minority will benefit from this scheme. So the students in 2000 pursuing it will get the financial support that is the scholarship of 10,000 rupees. Other than that, students of the Polytechnic will get a scholarship of 15000 rupees. On the other hand, the students pursuing a degree will get 20000 rupees under the Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme. The main motive of this scheme is to provide financial support to all poor students to pursue their studies in private and government colleges.

Jagananna Vidya Deevena beneficiary list

1) All the students that will belong to schedule caste, schedule tribe, backward classes, economically backward classes, minorities, and differently able categories of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to take benefit of the post-matric scholarship scheme running inside the state.
2) Students who belong to ST, ST, EBC, Minorities, and Other differently abled categories can apply for the Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme online, and they will get full fee reimbursement.
3) Candidate family, who owns a 10-acre wetland and 25-acre dryland, are eligible to take benefit of the scheme.
4) If The family income of students is less than 2.5 lakh rupees, their name will be added to the Jagananna Vidya Deevena list in 2023.
5) Students in 2000 pursuing professional as well as technical courses like B.Tech, bachelor in pharmacy, M.Tech, MBA, m Pharmacy, MCA, and bachelor in education courses will get a benefit of full fee reimbursement.


Incentives In The Scheme


As mentioned above, many incentives are provided to all of the beneficiaries who enrolled themselves in the Jagananna Vidya Deevena scheme as announced by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state. The complete list of incentives which you will provide to all of the beneficiaries is given below:- 

1) Tuition fee plus hostel fee for the students who are pursuing the following courses- 
  • Degree
  • Engineering etc.

2) The students will be given Rs 20,000/- per year.
3) Students studying from Welfare hostels will be exempted from mess charges.
  • Money incentives are as follows-
  • Rs 15,000 for Polytechnic students
  • Rs 10,000 for ITI Students
  • Rs 20,000 for Graduate Degree and other courses.


Eligibility criteria of the scheme


1) Only Andhra Pradesh students are eligible to take benefit of this scheme.
2) In the case of a student father, any family member is in a government job or he is getting a pension from the government; in that case, he is not eligible to apply Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme.
3) Students who will continue their study in polytechnic, ITI, any degree, or other UG or PG courses in any government-aided, private college or Government College are eligible for the scheme.
4) If the Applicant's family has land that is 10 acres of wetland and agricultural land, 25 acres are eligible for this scheme.
5) Beneficiary families having any four vehicles like cars, taxis, and autos are not eligible for this scheme.
6) If the family pays income tax property tax, then you are not eligible for this.
7) Family has a house with less than 1500 square feet area in the city, then you are eligible to take benefits.
