How to Check EPF Claim Status?
1) An applicant has to open the EPFO website first and then click on the option ‘For Employers,’ which is exactly under the section ‘’Our services.’
2) Then click on the option ‘Know Your Claim Status’, which is exactly under the section ‘Services’.
4) A new page will open with a single field where you can select the state of the PF office.
5) One will now see a complete list of the EPFO offices in the selected city.
6) Now, select the EPF office wherever the claim status is settled from a drop down menu.
7) The office and region codes will automatically be filled in upon selecting the relevant office.
8) Now, you have to type in the establishment code of a maximum of 7 digits of your employer in the 3rd
9) If there is any extension, You will need to fill in the 4th box instead of the 3rd one.
10) Now, fill your account number of maximum 7 digits in the 5th You must recheck all the fields and proceed with clicking on ‘submit’ option.
11) You can now check your EPF claim status online.
