Objective Of the YSR Aarogyasri Scheme
Documents required for claim Aarogyasri Scheme:
1) Resident of Andhra Pradesh: He/She should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh state. Registered applicants of Andhra Pradesh should attain free treatments. So, for them, residential proof is mandatory. 2) Family Income: Those with a family income of more than 5 Lakhs are not eligible for the scheme. An income certificate is mandatory to claim this scheme.
3) BPL Certificate: Only BPL applicants and White ration cardholders can attain this medical coverage scheme. To apply this scheme, a BPL(Below Poverty Line) Certificate is required to process the next step.
4) Medical Expenses Bills: This scheme will give you financial assistance for those you cost more than 1000-/- rs for medical expenses. They should submit the medical expenses bills.
5) Required documents: Applicants should be shown the required documents asked by hospital people before admission. An Aadhar card is mandatory for this.
