YSR Pension Scheme 2023 For Andhra Pradesh - How to Apply Online & Offline: Andhra Pradesh state's 2nd chief minister, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, started a New scheme named "YSR Pension Kanuka". This scheme already existed with the name "NTR Bharosa," but after the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government came into the role, they changed from "NTR Bharosa" to "YSR Pension Scheme." After being sworn in as CM, Andhra Pradesh CM Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy first signed on the YSR Pension Scheme (orders were issued vide G.O.Ms.No.103 Dated 30.05.2019) in Vijayawada.
This "YSR Pension Scheme" benefits old Persons, widows, Toddy Tappers, weavers, Single women, Fishermen, ART (PLHIV) Persons, Traditional Cobblers, Disabled persons, and people affected with Chronic Kidney Disease.

1) Old Age Pension: Old persons, both male and female, who are 60 years of age or above and are destitute (with little or no means of subsistence and no family or relative to depend upon).
2) Weavers Pension: Weaver is 50 years of age or above and destitute.
3) Widow Pension: Widows irrespective of the age limit.
4) Disabled Pension: Disabled persons have a minimum of 40% disability and are above 18.
Pension Amount :
The benefit under Old Age Persons, Widow, Toddy Tappers, Weavers, Single women, Fishermen, ART (PLHIV) Persons, Traditional Cobblers for Rs.2250/- per month, Transgender and Dappu Artists to Rs.3,000/- per month, and also for people affected with Chronic Kidney Disease who are undergoing Dialysis both Government and network hospitals to Rs.10,000/- per month. The enhanced scale of pension came into effect in June 2019, payable from 1 July 2019 onwards. The YSR pension scheme will be increased in terms of Rs 3000 in the coming days.

Eligibility Criteria of the YSR Pension Scheme
Below are the Eligibility Criteria Common to the above Pensions:- The proposed beneficiary shall be from a BPL family.
- He/she shall be a local district resident in Andhra Pradesh state.
- He/she is not covered under any other Pension Scheme.

3) Toddy Tapper Certificate (from the Excise Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh)
4) Weavers Certificate (Occupation Certificate from the Handloom Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh)
5) Caste Certificate (if applicable)
6) Certificate of Disability (SADAREM) (in case of Disabled Pension)
7) Proof of Age / Date of Birth
8) Marriage Certificate
9) Medical Board Certificate
10) Proof of Treatment in ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) Centre (in case of ART Pension)
11)Gender Identity Certificate (issued by the competent medical authority) (in case of Transgender applicant)
12) Certificate from the Department of Fisheries (in case of Fisherman applicant)
13) Children Certificates (Study Certificate)
Benefits of the YSR Pension Scheme
2) People with disabilities will get a monthly pension of 3,000/-.
3) People who use CKDU or dialysis get a monthly pension of 10,000/-.
4) If a pensioner from the Old Age, Weaver, Fisherman, Toddy Toppers, or Disabled category dies, the income will be given to the spouse (wife) so the family can continue living. The pension amount will be paid at the same rate as the Widow Category Pension.

2) Now, Take a printout of the form.
3) Fill out the Pension Kanuka Application form with all the required details.
4) Attach all necessary documents.
5) Submit the form to the nearest related government office.
