2)Fill out the application Form Correctly without any mistakes. Enter your family details correctly in the Application Form.
3)After filling out the Application form, just submit it to Meeseva Center Nearest to you.
4)You just pay the fee then they will give the receipt to you. After two to three weeks you can collect from the Meeseva centre nearest to you.

1) Family Photo with any gazetted Officer Signature.
2) Annual income proof of family.
3) House tax and residence Proof if you are an owner.
