As you know, the company has a good reputation among its employees and provides excellent services. To further enhance the employee experience, MPPTCL has initiated the distribution of Payslips to each employee. This can be conveniently done through its official web portal.

Each employee is assigned a unique employee ID and password upon joining the company. These credentials are used to access the web portal effortlessly. Employees can log in using their username and password to check their latest salary slip and related details. MPPTCL has developed this user-friendly facility.

For employees working on a contractual basis, a monthly visit to the concerned department is necessary to obtain the payslip. However, the online service is exclusively available for permanent employees of the company or organization.

3) Choose the month and year to view your Payslip on the screen.

MPPTCL Pay Slip Offline Process

To initiate the offline process, an applicant must write a letter containing all the details required for the password reset. The letter should be addressed to the Webmaster and must include information for user confirmation. The completed letter should be sent to ‘To the Webmaster, MPPTCL, Jabalpur.’ The envelope enclosing the letter should include all relevant employee details, such as User ID, Username, Contact Number, etc. Subsequently, the letter should be handed directly to the department’s Nodal Officer, ensuring a swift password reset. The provided employee details will be verified to confirm the request’s authenticity. After completing the procedure, the employee will be sent a new password.

MPPTCL Payslip Password Request Online Method

All employees are informed that they can also utilize the official email address of the MPPTCL Online portal,wm@mptransco.nic.in, to request a password reset. The details and a duly signed recommendation letter for user confirmation must be attached. The request for a password reset through the MPPTCL email will be processed more quickly than if the offline process is followed.
