- The applicant must have secured admission to any government, aided
college. - They must possess a transgender ID card.
- Their age must be 18 years.
- Those who are below 18 must submit a certificate signed by the head of the educational institution or the parent.
Benefits of Kerala Sabhalam Scheme
Kerala state government’s Sabhalam scheme provides up to one lakh rupees of financial assistance to the transgender students who are got admission in professional or diploma level courses. Students of MBBS, B.VSc, BSc agriculture students are eligible to get benefits from this scheme.
